To use MPOS, a terminal needs to be set up. Follow these steps to create a new terminal:
1, Press "Create."
2. Select the store where the terminal will be located. If you don't have a store created, you must do so first. Read more and create a store here.
3. If using a card terminal: Choose from the dropdown which card terminal this MPOS belongs to. If no integrated card terminal is used (only ADYEN), leave it blank. If setting up an Adyen card terminal, read more here and set it up.
4. A4 Printer – If you want to print A4 documents, use an already set up A4 printer or set up a new one for use. For setup, read here).
5. Receipt Printer: If using a receipt printer, select the receipt printer set up for this MPOS. Otherwise, leave it blank.
6. Cash Drawer: If using a cash drawer, select "YES."
7. Press the "Checkmark" to create.
This generates the API Key and Secret that need to be entered in the MPOS web browser used on the terminal's computer. Save these somewhere safe and later fill them in when starting MPOS on the computer.
