Step-by-step Guide for Locating the JSON File for a Sales Order in BeX
The following steps outline a method to independently review order data in BeX (NOTE: The attached images are solely for illustrative purposes and are thus only examples):
- On the order card, scroll down to the 'General Registration' column and inspect 'Created when'.

b. Copy the date.
- Navigate to the system log (Administration → Logs → System Log) and utilize the date filter 'Is after or equal to' to filter records by some minutes before the date the order was created (in step 1b)

b. Apply an additional filter 'Contains = CreateSalesOrder' in the 'Message' column ↓

3. By following this approach, you will be able to access the JSON file for each created order. Simply click on the highlighted blue number in the JSON column, which will initiate the download of the JSON file.
