Bonus Batch Run

Sales → Bonus → Bonus Batch Run

In this view you can find a is a list of all bonus runs that have been performed. A bonus run involves creating a file where we check the accumulated bonus for each customer in a bonus program during a specific period.

• ID
  • The ID assigned to the bonus run
• Date
  • The date the bonus run was registered
• Bonus System
  • The bonus system the run was conducted for
• Bonus Group
  • The bonus group the run was conducted for
• From
  • The start date of the run
• To
  • The end date of the run

Click on the red ID number to access the file created in the run. From that view, bonuses can also be issued.

Create Bonus Run

• Click on Create
  • Select the bonus system
  • Choose the bonus group
  • Enter start and end dates
  • Press the ID assigned to the run
  • Press "Run"
  • Review the content included in the run. Customers and their purchases can be traced.
  • Press issue to activate the bonus
  • The bonus value certificates created can be exported to Excel and printed or sent by email to the customer.
