Welcome to the BeX Online Backoffice

The landing page you access when you first log in to BeX Online shows overall statistics for the company. Use the graphs to see, among other things, sales per country per day, week or year.

On the left side there is navigation for the system. Use the navigation to get to the different parts. You can hide the navigation by pressing

To return to the landing page from other parts of the system, press BeX in the upper left corner.

The menu: at the top of the page will follow you through the system. So you always get e.g. the search function or have the option to log out.

Search: The search function can be used to find specific documents or customers, or functions in the system.

The blinking clock indicates that there are orders to handle. Press the clock to see the number of open orders, both for Purchase and Sale.

• Preliminary orders: Sales orders processed by the sales team. Orders do not affect availability of stock.
• Orders to Approve: Sales orders processed by the sales team. Orders do affect availability of stock.
• Ready to deliver Orders: Sales orders waiting for the warehouse to deliver.
• Offline terminals: Store cash registers (POS) that are not online, ie need to be reviewed because they have contact with Backoffice. If the terminal is not used, it must be set to Inactive. See Terminals under Administration.
• Purchases to Approve: Purchase orders processed by Purchasing.
• Deliveries to be handled: Deliveries that are waiting to be handled by the warehouse when they arrive from the supplier.
• Deliveries to Invoice: Deliveries that have not been invoiced and are waiting for finances to complete.
• Payment term error: Problems related to external payment system.
• Error with Refund Returns: Problems related to external payment system.
