Article summary

In this view, the company's banking details are displayed. These details can then be specified in the company settings and will subsequently appear on invoices. Different accounts can be set up for different currencies with the bank.

Create New

Click on 'Create.'
In the row being added, fill in the necessary information.
Description: An optional description for the account details.
Name: The bank's name.
SWIFT NIC: SWIFT number.
Account No.: Can be used when importing payment files from the bank. In such cases, the specified account will be used as the payment account in BeX for incoming payments.
Address: Optional. Bank branch address.
Bankgiro: Bankgiro number.
PlusGiro: PlusGiro number.
IBAN: IBAN number.

Edit Existing

Click on the pencil icon to edit the row and enter new details. Click the checkmark to save.

Multiple Currencies

For an added set, click the small blue arrow to open the sub-table.

Click 'Create' to add a new entry. Select the currency and then enter differing details for that currency.

Specify the bank configuration for the company to have this information appear on invoices. Go to Administration → Company → Company. Open the company settings and under 'Bank,' select the configuration to be used."
